Programming a phone allows you to use features like a phone book, caller I.D., and call waiting, and more sophisticated phones have innumerable other options. Here are some ideas to help you program your phone.

    Check the setup menu for options included on your phone. Some menus have a tools menu, others may have a settings menu to open a dropdown menu with programming selections.
