Hootsuite makes it easy to see all of you different social media streams all in one place. You can add streams for Google+, Facebook, Twitter and a bunch of others.

  1. Connect Twitter to Hootsuite Step 1.jpg

    Login to Hootsuite and click the "Add stream" button in the top left.

    Select a stream like "Google+" from the list on the left side.

    Click "Add Profile" in the next screen.

    Hit the "Connect with Google+" button when it comes up.

    Click the blue "Accept" button after reading the permissions page. Click "Submit" to connect Google+ to Hootsuite. You'll now see a tab in your streams area to keep track of the network.
