Following are the steps to access internet on PC by sharing Cell phone data connection with PC via bluetooth. I hope it would be helpful to you.

    Turn on mobile data connection on cell phone

    Turn on bluetooth on both the devices. i.e PC and Cell phone, and pair both the devices.

    Now open 'Control panel' (All Control Panel items) in PC and click on 'Devices and Printers'
  4. 4
    In 'Devices and Printers' window, double click on the Cell phone to which you wants to connect.
  5. 5
    Now 'Advanced operation window' will be opened, and click on the 'Connect' button which is placed corresponding to 'DUN service on Phone'.
