How to Make Posca
Posca is a vinegar-based drink from Roman times. It was drunk by soldiers and working-class people. It is refreshing in a way similar to lemonade, another acidic, sweetened drink.

- Brewed, not distilled, vinegar. Red wine vinegar, Balsamic vinegar, Asian black vinegar, or even naturally fermented cider vinegar are good.
