Life is a mixture of all the emotions. We come across various feelings in our journey and the one emotion that we want to cherish in life is "Happiness". We often think that "Why cannot I be happy through out my life"? Even if you think in the same way, I will say "We can obviously be happy always, it's all about our mental state."

1People who know about their mental status are creative in their own way. So I will suggest to have a look at the inner you and try to stay strong in all the conditions.
- I will say dragging "Happiness" from our life is an art. We do have various arts like Painting, drawing, writing and many more. Dragging happiness is an art in which we need to know about yourself first.

2If you really want to drag the happiness from life then, the only rule here is " You should not depend on others to be happy". It's Your life, You alone have all the authority.
- Prefix the things in your mind. Keep on saying to your heart " Life is beautiful only if i make it beautiful" .

3The world is not responsible for your happiness, it's all about your brain, how it perceives.
- Look around the world, make sure the circumstances around the world doesn't make you hurt. If they hurt you, then you are responsible for it, not the world.
- Say to your heart " I am not hurt, I am strong enough".

4Games are the best way to be happy and healthy.
- Even if you are busy, take out the time for playing games.

5Don't get panic. No one is gonna eat you or kill you.
- If you are worried about anything, your worrying does not solve the problem. So, worrying is not a solution. In fact, worrying and being tensed is a problem.
