1find your symptoms. Headaches, fatigue, paranoia and sweating are signs you're stressed

2do relaxing things. What I did was take a hot bubble bath. Do what you're good at! Whatever makes you happy will do.

3if all else fails or you're still stressed, it might not be stress, you could be depressed, or even worse! If that's the case... GET HELP NOW!!!!!!
