    Launch the Urbanspoon app from your smartphone. Tap on the menu button and select "Add a Restaurant". It's near the bottom of the menu.

    Enter information.Fill out the name, address, city, and phone number of the restaurant at the very least. If you know other information about the restaurant, such as its price, cuisine, and hours, include that information too.
