How to Make Apple Cinnamon Popcorn
The flavor of apple and cinnamon together is always a delight. Added to popcorn, it's a sure hit with everyone who enjoys popcorn.

- 2 cups dried apples, chopped
- 10 cups popcorn, freshly popped
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (essence)

2Sprinkle the dried apples across the base of the baking pan. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes.

3Remove the baked dried apples from the oven. Add the pecan halves and the popcorn to the pan. Stir to combine all ingredients.

4Pour the melted butter into the bowl. Add the spices, sugar and vanilla. Stir together well.

5Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn mixture. Mix through thoroughly.

6Return the baking pan to the oven at the same temperature. Bake for another 30 minutes but be sure to give it a stir every 10 minutes or so.

7While the popcorn is baking, place a sheet of wax paper over a wire cooling rack.

8Remove from the oven. Tip the baked popcorn over the covered wire cooling rack to cool.
