How to Administer a Coffee Enema
Three Methods:Making the CoffeeSyringe EnemaEnema Bag
Administer a coffee enema to cleanse toxins out of your liver and gall bladder and empty your colon of feces. Your health may improve if you give yourself a coffee enema that helps you excrete toxins and waste from your body. Caffeine, theobromine and theophylline in the coffee is absorbed into the body through the anus. These chemicals relax smooth muscles, stimulate the bowels, and cause bile ducts and blood vessels to open.

EditMethod 1 of 3: Making the Coffee
-
1Boil slightly less than 1 quart (.946 liter) of unchlorinated water in a stainless steel pot. Boil less than 1 quart because you will add ice cubes later.Ad
-
2Add 2 level tbsp. (24 grams) of ground, caffeinated coffee and boil for 5 minutes.
-
3Turn off the heat and remove the pan from the hot burner.
-
4Place 3 ice cubes in the pan. This will settle the coffee grounds to the bottom of the pan and cool the liquid.
-
5Strain the cooled coffee into a container through cheesecloth, cotton cloth or cotton muslin. Strain the coffee into a container you will use only for enemas, as feces could get into the syringe when you refill the bulb for your second enema.
-
6Add more ice cubes until the coffee is approximately body temperature.
EditMethod 2 of 3: Syringe Enema
-
1Fill the syringe by squeezing the bulb flat and placing the tip in the coffee and releasing the bulb. The bulb will suck in the coffee and should hold about 1 cup (236 ml) of coffee.
-
2Lubricate the anus and the tip of the syringe with coconut oil. If the oil is hard, use your fingers to rub it onto the syringe and onto your anus.
-
3Insert the syringe gently and slowly into your rectum about 4 inches.
-
4Squeeze the bulb gently to release the coffee into your rectum. Remove the syringe from your anus.
-
5Try to retain the coffee inside you for 12 minutes. Do not strain to hold the coffee. If you feel it necessary to move your bowels before 12 minutes pass do so.
-
6Repeat the enema after you void.
-
7Rinse out the interior of the syringe with hot water and wash the exterior with soapy hot water. Rinse the interior of the syringe with a solution of 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 1 part water.
EditMethod 3 of 3: Enema Bag
-
1Clamp the tubing of the enema bag, then pour the cooled coffee into the bag with a funnel or pitcher. Loosen the clamp a bit; some coffee will run out. When the air is removed from the tubing, clamp the tubing closed again.
-
2Lubricate the nozzle and your anus with coconut oil.
-
3Insert the nozzle gently about 4 inches (10.16 cm) into your rectum.
-
4Unclamp the tubing until half the liquid enters you. If you feel fullness or discomfort, clamp the tubing closed immediately. Remove the nozzle when you finish releasing the coffee into yourself.
-
5Try to retain the coffee for 12 minutes.
-
6Repeat the enema after you void.
-
7Rinse the enema bag when you are done and hang it to dry.Ad

EditTips
- Use unchlorinated water to make the coffee because chlorine could kill the bacteria and germs your system needs to remain healthy.
- Give yourself enemas only after you have moved your bowels. Do a plain water enema before doing the two coffee enemas.
- Occasionally rinse the syringe or enema bag with 1 part water and 1 part hydrogen peroxide to prevent mold growth.
- Hang the enema bag at about doorknob level because the enema bag works on gravity. Do not hang the bag too high, such as from a shower head, because the coffee may rush into you too fast.
EditWarnings
- Do not do enemas more than every 4 or 5 days and do not continue doing enemas for a long period.
