    Login. If you don't have an account, look at the top right corner of the screen and click Sign Up. Type your username and password, email is optional. Type the security check word and you are logged in.

    At the top where it says Help Us|Explore|My User Page|Messages, put your cursor over My Profile and click My User Page.

    Type in all the info necessary. You don't need a blog/website, but if you have one it would be good to add it.

    Click the Edit tab at the top left of your User page.

    Add in all the info about yourself, etc. You can also decorate your User page, too.

    Go to your talk page. Click the Talk link at the top left of your User page.

    Decorate your talk page and edit it however you like.
