May I advise wikiHow writers not to hanker after a rising star badge too much if their real goal is to get their page read, or, hopefully, to INFORM people. If only one person reads your article and finds it helps them, that's better than 40 people reading your article just because it's got a star and they are curious about it. The best articles are the ones that really help people, not the most read ones or the ones with stars.
