    You should see the Welcome Screen. If you have a password on your account, click it.
    • ALL users must be logged off with NO programs running, otherwise it will not work.

    Press CTRL-ALT-DEL.
    • By the way, CTRL means Control.

    The Classic Windows 2000 login dialog box will appear.
    • In the User name box, type Administrator.
    • Leave the password box blank.

    You will now have access to all of the user accounts and now you can create a new user!
