1Go to the local PSB and go through all the procedures. This involves making statements, paying a fine and a lengthy interrogation. Chances are you may get a new short-term visa, but with stars on it. (The stars mean that you will have a bad record in your file forever and may be banned from returning to China).
-
2Cross the border pretending you overlooked the matter.
- If you overstayed your visa only for a few days, sometimes they will let you go.
- If you overstayed your visa for more than a week, you will be stopped and asked to return to fix the matter before you can exit again.
-
3Use a reliable agency to assist you with the matter. Please make sure that you talk to the right people with a proven track record to help you out.
