1To be speedy-run at least three miles three times a week. this will improve muscles in your legs, heart,lungs, and your overall body since it gets blood flowing.

2To have good agility-Practice balance. Balance is one of the most important parts of agility. You can improve your balance using a simple exercise martial artists use: From a standing position, bend and lift your knee until your thigh is parallel to the floor. Hold that position as long as you can and then switch legs. You can practice this with the extended knee bent or the entire leg held straight out, parallel to the floor. You will notice that your muscles tremble when doing this balancing exercise--this exercise will strengthen your legs along with helping you develop a strong center of gravity.

3Coordination-Aerobics are a great way to improve your body's coordination. Also, as weird as this may sound, Playing video games has been scientifically proven to improve hand eye coordination,and doing simple football drills can go a long way in helping you.

- If you don't over exert yourself you should start seeing results in about two weeks.
- And if you've got a local gym you can lift weights at. sign up and get working but like i said, don't over exert yourself. start small, lift heavier weights overtime.

- When doing any of these especially running....DRINK WATER!!! It is basically like your a car and the water is the gas. Also, do not do all of these in one day, and stretching is a must before doing any of the steps listed above.
