1Stretch. If you don't stretch before a game, you may injure yourself. Arm circles, hamstring stretches, and neck stretches are very important.

2Start throwing to someone. If your arm is not loose you may pull a muscle. Start out close and end up further away.

3Make sure you take a light jog or run so that you can loosen up your legs and abdominal muscles (abs).
