  1. Be Relaxed when You're Busy Step 1.jpg
    1
Give yourself some Thinking Time. If you are worried, think about how to STOP the worrying. If you are NOT, skip to the next step. Maybe it is bullies or people being mean? Don't let them walk all over you. Everyone has a right to be happy. Everyone deserves a chance to have friends. If someone is doing something mean, ask them why. The response is normally: because you are...(mean description word)e.g ugly, weird, fat. If they do not reply, it is because it gives them pleasure to be mean to other people. Tell them you don't like it and they need to stop. If they do not, tell someone who will make it stop. Depending on who you are or how old you are,you will know who that person is.Maybe it is about exams or education. the best thing is to revise and practise! You will do fine. Maybe you know you have done something wrong. Always be honest from the start. Apologise if you have said something upsetting. It may be something completely different! Think your own thoughts, make a decision and take advice!

Tips
Provide Details.
Please be as detailed as possible in your explanation. Don't worry about formatting! We'll take care of it. For example:
Don't say: Eat more fats.
Do say: Add fats with some nutritional value to the foods you already eat. Try olive oil, butter, avocado, and mayonnaise.

  • You are responsible for your own actions, decisions, time and work.
  • Manage your time. If you have a club first and you know you will have time for work afterwards, do it that way round instead.
  • Think before you speak or shout.

EditWarnings

  • DO NOT BURN YOURSELF ON THE CANDLE! Put in a place where it is: out of the reach of toddlers or children, where it can't fall on you, and where you can see the glow.
  • Be careful not to burn yourself on the hot water.
  • Do not revise too much. This will make you tired.
