EditSteps
-
1Pick the team members. This can be the hardest or easiest parts of the process. If you want a team for a sport that is amateur/for fun, your friends are one of the best options. Make some friends with the same interest/sport.
-
2If you want to make professional team or one that enters competitions, your friend might not be the best option, because a pro team should be some of the best you can get.

EditTips
- You should already know what your team is going to participate in. Secondly, you should think whether it's a team sport. If it is, that's great. But if it's not, you might need to re-think the sport. Remember – it's not all about the front lines. If you wanted to start a racing team, its not all about the drivers, it's the pit crew, manager, sponsors and radio coach.
