EditSteps
-
1To train for the mile, you need to build up endurance by running at least three times a week. You can start out small, then work up to running one or more miles. Don't overwork yourself in the beginning. If you do, you will become tired really quickly and not want to finish the jog. Work up to the challenge, and don't go head-on by going 10 miles the first day. If one is near you, try going to the gym and run on the treadmill.
EditTips
- Eat well when you are preparing to run.
- Start slow, then sprint to the finish!
EditWarnings

- When you are running, don't overwork yourself.
