Sprinting is easy you just need to learn how to do it correctly.

    Stay tall. Don't bend your back down this will cause you to slow down slightly

    Take long strides. This will increase your speed and decrease your time.

    Pump your arms. Rotate your arms at your shoulder and move your hands from your ear to your hip opposite the leg you stepped out with.

    Be sure to stretch. Focus on stretches to improve your sprint form.

  • Stretch! You don't want to pull a hamstring or rupture your Anterior Cruciate Ligament.
