1Stay tall. Don't bend your back down this will cause you to slow down slightly

2Take long strides. This will increase your speed and decrease your time.

3Pump your arms. Rotate your arms at your shoulder and move your hands from your ear to your hip opposite the leg you stepped out with.

4Be sure to stretch. Focus on stretches to improve your sprint form.

- Stretch! You don't want to pull a hamstring or rupture your Anterior Cruciate Ligament.
- If you do pull either one of these, go to the doctor to help it heal properly.
