    Build a fairy house and if you attract a fairy, you can make the wand with it and tell it to sprinkle fairy dust on it.

    If you did method 1, it might not be enough. Decorate your wand in this method to be more creative!

    You can use sequins, jewels, and so on.

    You can also at the end make a shape for the top of the wand. For example, a diamond.
