The Wall Front/Wall inward front flip an advance parkour move. It is same as a wall flip but instead of back flip it is a front flip. Before attempting this move you should master these moves wall flip, Webster and front tuck.

    Take an aggressive run up towards the wall and take a slight jump towards it.

    Place your desired foot onto the wall (depending how do you do your webster) just use your opposite foot you kick with.

    Then jump slantly upwards and backwards away from the wall.
  4. 4
    Kick your leg behind from you and do a well tucked Webster.
  5. 5
    Spot the landing away from the wall just as from you took off.

  • Learn front tuck and webster before attempting this move.
  • Always jump slantly UPWARDS and BACKWARDS.
  • You can learn this move with spotting.
  • If you are not 100% confident to attempt it then use spotter(s) or do not try it yet.

  • It is important to jump upwards because the less you jumped the less height you will get for the flip.
  • Do a well tight tuck because there are risk of injury like crashing your legs onto the wall or land on your neck or back.
