EditSteps
-
1Make sure you're calm. If you're crying your eyes out or smashing glasses in a rage, you are seriously limiting your chances of actually solving the problem. So calm down. Stop crying and raging, wash your face, and drink a glass of water. Write down how you feel-every single, solitary detail. You should feel a lot better after that. Make sure you're calm also means that you don't jump to problem. Rushing just make everything worse, because, there's no intellect, no right understanding in this.Ad

2Figure out how the problem started. Why did your best friend get so mad? How did your homework start piling up on you? What made your boyfriend throw away his loyalty? Try to understand what actually led up to this problem, no matter how big or small it is.
-
3Try to Tell if it was your fault. If you did something wrong or something you probably shouldn't have-don't panic. It's actually easier you did something wrong, because you can make the decision to solve the problem in seconds. Did you say something to your best mate? Did you neglect doing your homework? Did you tell your boyfriend you hated him and that you didn't love him? It may take some time, but try to figure this out. Don't try and make up reasons for why something isn't your fault-face it. It's not a sin to do something wrong, we are merely human beings and not perfect.
-
4Study how you can solve the problem. This is most probably the hardest most beautiful step of all, and also one of the most important. Try to figure out if there's anything you can do to help the problem-it's highly unlikely there isn't. Could you apologize, start working harder, talk to someone? Figure out what you want to do. Make sure it's not harmful or dangerous. This also means that open more your perception. When we understand, we automatically know how to solve the problem. 80% problem appears because there’s something still not clear in our perception. Maybe, we still don’t know the skills in work, or how to communicate with others, that’s why there’s conflict ! So learn more, learn what you still lack, not just from books :D, but from others, from life. Enjoy with this process of learning, and you will be problem-proof!
-
5Aware deeper meaning of the problem. What the benefits the problem can bring for me? When we think about what we attain, we don’t feel heavy anymore.
-
6Put it into Action. Now that you know what you need to do, go for it! Pick up the phone and tell your friend you really want to make up, apologize to your boyfriend and tell him you DO love him and that you want to sort things out, tell someone you need help with your homework. There's nothing stopping you, so go ahead.Ad
