EditVideo

This recipe video shows that you might like to make the cookies smaller than normal as they can be very rich!

EditTips

  • It takes about 2lbs (900g) of bacon to make 2 cups of bacon bits, just for future reference. Just be sure to pat the bacon to remove all the extra grease.
  • Store the cookies in an airtight container if there are any left to store!

EditWarnings

  • Make sure people know that there is bacon in the cookies before they try them. People assume cookies are sweet and won't contain meat. Be sure to warn people who refrain from eating meat or pork for religious, health or any other reason.

EditThings You'll Need

  • Mixing bowls
  • Mixing spoons
  • Cookie sheet (biscuit tray or baking tray/sheet)
  • Wax paper
