I think that it is great that people can find ways sites help motivate themselves. I recently lost my mother, I am a 47 year old single parent. My daughters are 4 and 8 years old, I am a Graudate student, and feel like the world is falling down around me. I have to remember that "this too shall pass". But, some days it is easier said than done. I am glad that I found this site.

Nice article. We have developed a free online tool to manage goals. Unless we track the goals we make, we will not keep them. Goalspal http://www.goalspal.com

I want to write a Thank you note to the person who wrote this article. I love the featured wikihow articles in general, but this is one of the best ones I've read so far. Great subject. I felt I hadn't reached a goal in years, but I do have dreams. With the help of this article, which I printed and looked at now and then again, I was able to reach one of my childhood dreams! Many, many, many thanks to the writer of this article and everybody involved. You are fantastic!! For anyone who reads this article, I can highly, highly recommend it! :-)

And the most important thing, you need the association of such people who have alreay go throuth these process and achive/achiving their dreams/goals Generally many people start doing these thing very enthusiastically but once some challenge comes they start focusing on that challenge instead of finding the solution. So If you are in association with successful people and follow them then I think success will not be far away.
Goals are nothing but dream with date and your faith and actions to achive these goals

Great advice.
I’d like to recommand a goal setting tool at http://www.GoalsOnTrack.com, a very nicely built web app designed for tracking goals and todo lists, and supports time tracking too. It’s clear, focused, easy to navigate, worth a try.
