Yesterday I was sifting through the Chic office drawers and found Rachel’s adorable card organization system. She simply ties together the cards she’s been given for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. and labels them with the year she received them. This is stupid genius!
But when it comes to a yummy weekend brunch, my honey has limited options. He gets tired of eggs and fruit so I make these Banana Pancakes as a special little treat for breakfast and he loves to snack on the leftovers throughout the day or as long as they last. It’s a great option for those loved ones who need gluten free!
Back in 2004 when I was looking to name my events company, I stumbled across the word 'Chic' in an old dictionary. The definition was: “a fashionable lifestyle, ideology, or pursuit”. I fell in love with the word and the idea that chic is the pursuit of something better, prettier, or cooler than you are today.
