EditTips
- If you are the type of player that generally gets more kills than deaths then do a set for every kill that you get. For example if you go 21-2 then do either 210 push ups or mix everything up and do 50 push ups, 50 jumping jacks, 50 lunges, 50 crunches, 10 bicep curls.
- You could always wait until the intermission to do some jump roping, jumping jacks, crunches, squats, lounges, push-ups, jogging in place, high-knees, etc.
- Game types like Capture The Flag, Sabotage, Headquarters, and Search and Destroy are great because they all have delays in respawn which means you have plenty of time to do some exercise since you aren't doing anything during that wait period anyway.
