1Go in a room (further steps require Internet) where you will not be bothered,and lock it, so there are no disturbances.Ad

2Turn on your computer or other source of Internet and go on youtube.com

3Type in "soothing relaxing music" and click the first link

4Listen to it while on your bed

5Now close your eyes and only breath through your nose

6OK you're breathing only trough your nose, now put your hand on your stomach, keep breathing, can you feel your stomach going in and out, good.

7Now while you're breathing, count your breaths

8Keep playing the same youtube video, or try other soothing music videos

9Concentrate on your breathing, and keep counting

10Do this for at least 30 minutes, if you still feel stressed or pressured, keep doing it for as long as you need, but i guarantee you should feel relaxed in half an hour...Ad
