- Push your chest out, male or female it makes you look firm and well braced.
- When doing drill lift your chin up slightly it makes you look smart and professional
Warnings
- Don't slouch.
- If you are marching with a beret, and it falls off leave it, get it later.
- Don't move if you have an itch or a cough, sneeze etc... leave it you will not be allowed to move.
