1If you are trapped with no air, first you should lick your lips. This helps get moisture on them.

2If you have any water, try to pour what is stale and you can't drink over the rocks. Water should drip down, and get in the cracks. A little bit of air will filter through.

3Don't waste your voice on screaming. You should make sure the rock above your head is stable and climb up on it. Shake it a bit. Then you can yell.
