- for College of Fine Arts graduate students

Perry-Castañeda Library (PCL)
- for faculty and PhD students who have advanced to candidacy
- assigned on a semester basis
Architecture and Planning Library
- for School of Architecture doctoral students who have advanced to candidacy in Architectural History
- assigned on a semester basis under the written discretion of the School of Architecture's Chair of the History/Theory and Ph.D. Committee
Fine Arts Library
- for College of Fine Arts PhD students who have advanced to candidacy
- assigned on a semester basis and cannot be renewed beyond two calendar years

Lockers Assigned on a semester basis

- priority given to faculty and graduate students in the College of Fine Arts
