Steps to apply:
- Review your programs requirements carefully before proceeding with the application.
- Apply for the PCE via SOPHAS Express before February 1st. Submit all documents and SOPHAS fee. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Acceptance Decisions will be communicated via email starting March 2. Immediately upon receiving your acceptance email, please pay the $150.00 summer tuition deposit to confirm your participation.
- Accepted students will be automatically registered into the following courses:
- BIO 206 – Intro. Stats for Med. Research, 2.5 credits
- EPI 208 – Intro Clinical Epidemiology, 5 credits
6. Complete online registration for your second BIO course and electives through the MyHSPH portal starting Monday May 18 at 12 noon, Boston time.
IMPORTANT: The first week of registration is open to you and summer only degree students. You may register for up to 15 credits over the 2 months session, no more than 7.5 credits in each session are allowed. Auditing is not permitted during the summer. Since the pace of the classes is very rapid, students are encouraged to settle their schedules quickly. You will receive login information prior to that date.
- May 1: Sponsored billing form, visa application and immunization documents are due
- June 1: Tuition bill must be cleared(except sponsored students), to remain enrolled. Please review Refund Schedule.
- July 1: Orientation and check-in
- July 2: Summer 1 classes start
- July 3: Holiday. No class.
- July 6: Online add/drop ends for summer and summer 1
- July 10: Withdrawal deadline for summer and summer 1
- July 24: Summer 1 classes end
- July 27: Summer 2 classes start
- July 28-30: Online add/drop for summer 2
- August 5: Withdrawal deadline for summer 2
- August 14: Summer 2 classes end
