Branch Library Program Proposals

To propose an adult, teen, and children's program or event at a single branch library location, please contact the branch directly.

 

Central Library and Block/Series Program Proposals

Adult, teen, and children's programs and events at the Central Library in Copley Square and programs for multiple locations (including author talks, summer programming, and school vacation programming) are coordinated by the Programs and Outreach department.

To propose a single program for the Central Library, or to propose a series of programs at multiple locations, please submit a completed programming proposal (PDF form - use Adobe Reader to fill out & save) by email to [email protected] or by mail to:

Please note that the Central Library in Copley Square schedules programs a minimum of three months prior to the scheduled event date. We will review all proposals and contact you if we are able to accommodate your proposed program. Proposals are kept on file for possible future use.
