To better distinguish the two e-mails that are issued related to the publication of marks in the Official Gazette, the USPTO will deploy modified versions the week of December 19, 2011. The below shows the current versions and the modified versions. Based on feedback received after the original deployment, any docket/reference number appearing in the USPTO database will be displayed at the beginning of the subject line. NOTE: In the below, only the portions of the notices that are being changed are displayed.
