Current Screening Guidelines
- A provisional applicati
on must have already been filed with the USPTO
- We are currently accepting the following types of cases
- Filing a Non-Provisional Application
- Responding to a Non-Final Office Action
- We are not accepting the following types of cases
- Prior art searching
- Patentability analysis
- Clearance of freedom to operate analysis
- Licensing, transfer, enforcement, or disputes
- Assistance with prosecution of international patent applications
Current Assets Guidelines: Less than $5,000 in liquid assets (does not include 401(k)s, etc.)
