This classic print training tool is now available online in an updated, expanded and enhanced format. Core chapters cover the role and function of trademarks, selection and clearance, registration, maintenance, business transactions, litigation, international practice, ethics, and more. Each chapter is enhanced with step-by-step guidance on standard procedures; checklists to review major functions; practice tips; and helpful illustrations of relevant forms, documents and materials.

We are launching this updated version, for members only, with our first two chapters. Look for additional chapters and resources to roll out over the rest of 2015.
