Tear about half a page or a little lesser from a rough note. Make sure the paper you are tearing is a rectangle shape.

Keep folding the paper and remember, don't ever fold the paper like you'd fold a hand-kerchief. Now, you'll have a single rectangular strip of paper which has been folded.
  3. Draw a Circle With Just Paper and Pencils Step 3.jpg
    3
Take two pencils. Now put a small hole at the center point of the strip. And make sure your hole is exactly at the middle of the strip.
  4. Draw a Circle With Just Paper and Pencils Step 4.jpg

Now, after putting the center hole, put another hole somewhere else, the more you move it away from the center point, the bigger your circle will be.
  5. Draw a Circle With Just Paper and Pencils Step 5.jpg
    5
Now, get the sheet where you want to draw your circle. Place your strip on that sheet. Now, keep two pencils- one at the center point and the other pencil at your circle point. If you aren't steady with holding both the pencils in your hands, ask someone to assist you.
  6. Draw a Circle With Just Paper and Pencils Step 6.jpg

Finally, rotate your circle point... and if you've done everything correctly, you'd have a perfect circle- big, small- the way you want it!
