Steps

1Power down your device by holding the power button down for 10 seconds.

2Grab a soft towel/cloth made of cotton and put it in water. Make sure it is damp. (Squeeze the water out).

3Softly wipe the screen, not pressing down too hard.

4Get another towel/cloth (dry) and wipe it over the device slowly and softly. Make sure you don't see any smudges!

Warnings
- Make sure you are using a soft material, such as cotton.
- DO NOT directly put the water on the device, make sure you damp a towel.
- Make sure that you do not press down on the screen!
- DO NOT use tap water!
