How to manage this template's initial visibility

To manage this template's visibility when it first appears, add the parameter:

|collapsed to show the template in its collapsed state, i.e. hidden apart from its titlebar – e.g. {{Wikipedia |collapsed}};

|expanded to show the template in its expanded state, i.e. fully visible – e.g. {{Wikipedia |expanded}};

|autocollapse to show the template in its collapsed state but only if there is another template of the same type on the page – e.g. {{Wikipedia |autocollapse}}.

Unless set otherwise (see the state parameter in the template's code), the template's default state is autocollapse.

§Usage

This template is intended strictly to aid in navigation related to articles dealing with Wikipedia. Please do not add links to pages that are not articles – i.e. do not add, for instance, links to pages whose names begin "Wikipedia:". Also, please do not add links to articles that do not appear in Wikipedia.

When adding a link, please ensure that the article it links includes this template. (If it does not, insert {{Wikipedia}} on a new line immediately before the categories listed at the end of the article.)
