How to Make Someone Flag Themselves on a Non PVP Server
This will show you how to make someone accidentally flag themselves if you are not on a PVP server. Note: It's easier with people like Mages or Hunters that have a delay (cast time, etc.) before their attacks.

Steps
-
1Make sure you're flagged.
-
2Find someone you want to flag (obviously has to be on the opposing faction), target them, and type "/duel".
-
3Once they start using a spell that has a delay, forfeit the duel (/forfeit) right before the spell or ability damages/affects you. You may be able to do it early, but they might notice and cancel their spell.
-
4If their spell or ability hits you after you forfeit, it'll flag them, leaving them open to be attacked by you and your allies.

Warnings

- Doing this might get you banned, give you bad karma and be generally hated by everyone who sees it.
