    Come together with people who have same difficulties and work out with them. Also talk with the people who have little bit ideas about the topic or the subject.

    Choose a nice and quiet place to study such as a library. If the group is large then select a place where you all will fit and atmosphere is nice. You can also go to one of your friend's house but keep in mind that no disturbances should be there.

    Study group should be done when examination is approaching but keep in mind that it is not a last minute solution but an early preparation and should be done a month or 2 weeks before the exam.

    If you are doing mathematics for the study group, then take history or any other general knowledge subject with you. It is effective because studying only one subject for long time would not be much effective so take a break and try some GK quizzes to freshen up a little.

    After the study hour is over take few minutes to test what you have learned. You can do it by taking some past question papers,selecting few questions and trying to answer it. It will make you ready for the exam as exam questions are repetitive of the past.
