  • Services, programs, and collections for children and teens will be unavailable at the Central Library in Copley Square from Wednesday, February 11, through Saturday, February 14, due to renovation activities.
  • The Central Library in Copley Square will be closed on Sunday, February 15, and all Boston Public Library locations will be closed on Monday, February 16, in observance of Presidents Day.
  • The date has been set for the opening of the second floor of the Johnson building: Saturday, February 21. Doors open at 9 a.m. and the celebratory ribbon cutting takes place at 11 a.m. Learn more.
