adminimal_theme 7.x-1.20

This release brings some cool new stuff and fixes some important issues. Updating is strongly recommended.

New features and improvements:

• New primary and secondary tabs styling. Better look and feel and improved responsiveness. See #2347487
• Improved the apperance page disabled theme styling. Added some proper spacing and changed the fonts a litle bit.
• Moved the custom css file to the site's public folder. Now you can have custom css files per site. See #2414283
• Custom css file creation is now automated. See #2414283

Bug fixes:

• Removed global forced box model. Reported by @joelpittet see #2410383
• Fixed "Styling of new view display options is wrong" reported by @rcodina. See #2415577
• Fixed "Custom CSS removed after update" caused by drush update. Reported by @yvesvanlaer. See #2414283
