Workshop on Empirical Studies of Trademark Data
Venue: Oxford Law Faculty The Cube
The Oxford Intellectual Property Research Centre will bring together scholars from law, economics and management to discuss a number of papers on the empirical study of trademark data. The workshop is part of a larger project to support scholarship in this growing area of research, and is co-sponsored by ETH Zurich, INNOTEC, Engelberg Center for Innovation Law and Policy, New York University School of Law,The Office of Harmonization for the Internal Market, US Patent & Trademark Office and University of East Anglia. Participants include scholars from a number of countries, as well as the Chief Economists of each of the Office of Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM), the World Intellectual Property Organisation, the United States Patent & Trademark Office and the UK Intellectual Property Office.
