EditSteps
-
1Play Mercy obsessively. This will condition your knuckles. Conditioning your knuckles will strengthen them, therefore you will be able to take more pain.
-
2Condition your knuckles. You can do this by doing fisted push ups, which are push ups done with your hands balled into a fist. This conditions your knuckles by strengthening the bone. Other ways include punching a punching-bag, a wall or anything for that matter. Be sure to wrap your hands up in handkerchiefs or belts to prevent skin damage. Keep in mind that you want to condition your knuckles, not damage your skin.
-
3Do finger exercises. One example is small pull-ups with your finger. Don't forget to stretch your fingers also.
-
4While playing the game, don't use all of your strength at once even your strength out till you think you cannot hold on anymore then use it all!
-
5Dig your nails into the other persons knuckles.
-
6Find someone to play Mercy. Make sure you don't hurt each other!
