Faneuil Branch Programming Study
The Boston Public Library is working with Tappé Architects and a community advisory committee on a programming study of the Faneuil branch of the Boston Public Library. The study will include a review of ADA accessibility, furniture and finishes, technology and program space.

Dudley Branch Plaza and Entry Project
The Boston Public Library is working with Utile Inc. Architecture and a community advisory committee to study near-term improvements to the entrance at the Dudley branch of the Boston Public Library. Often described as the "only library without a front door" this study aims to improve sight lines and visibility of the entrance. In addition, a larger study of the entire branch services, programs, and spaces is underway.
Jamaica Plain Branch Renovations
The Library is working with Utile, Inc. and a community advisory committee on the design for renovations to the Jamaica Plain branch of the Boston Public Library. The goals of this study include ADA accessibility, improved spaces, collections and technology for all ages, and an enhanced multi-purpose room.

Roslindale Branch Renovations
The Boston Public Library is working with Leers Weinzapfel Associates Architects and a community advisory committee on a programming and renovation study of the Roslindale branch of the Boston Public Library. The study will include a review of ADA accessibility, furniture and finishes, technology and program space.
Branch Facilities Review
From December 2012 through February 2013, a review of all Boston
Public Library branch locations was conducted. The goal of the review
was to evaluate how successfully the branches meet the Principles for
Excellence established by the Compass: Strategic Plan approved by the
library’s Board of Trustees on November 15, 2011.
