7Ask about price, when talking to them about price ask them exactly what they include, ask them to be specific. Some paralegals will quote you one price, but when you get to the appointment they will spring more charges on you. -
8Court fees, ask about court costs and whether or not you may be able to get court fees waived. If you are low income the court may allow you to pay nothing to get your case filed. -
