Midori (緑?, Japanese for green) is a lightweight[5][6] web browser. It uses the WebKit rendering engine[5] and the GTK+ 2 or GTK+ 3 interface. Midori is part of the Xfce desktop environment's Goodies component.[7] It is the default browser in elementary OS,[7] the SliTaz Linux distribution[8] and the Bodhi Linux distribution[9] as well as Trisquel Mini, SystemRescueCD, and old versions of Raspbian. It was also used by wattOS in its R5 release.[10]
