Registration

Registration is now open: register online here.

Anyone with a specific interest in Internet Governance in the Pacific is welcome to attend, but space limitations at the venue may limit the total numbers to a "first come, first served" basis. Pre-registration is essential. Participants are expected to cover all costs, except those who apply and are accepted into the Fellowship program.

This invitation letter may be required to support your visa application to travel to New Caledonia.

Fellowship program

It is anticipated that most participants at the Pacific Forum meeting in Noumea (4 - 8 April) and the PITA Noumea meeting (11 - 15 April) will be able to attend this meeting with out incurring additional costs. A Fellowship program is available for those unable to find funding to attend this event. The Fellowship funding covers 90% of total attendance costs for individuals, and 50% for those representing business interests.

Priority will be given to applicants demonstrating previous strong interest in Internet Governance issues and activities.

All participants are urged to complete preparatory work. Useful resource materials are available free of charge from the Diplo Foundation.

Please refer to the Fellowship application in the Invitation Letter.
