Unless you actually do it yuou don't know that it's happening. In fact you've channelled every time you get a bright idea and don't know were it's come from. The trick is to become aware of those special moments when, suddenly, a new vista appears. Once you've realised that you are actually (and continuously)tapped into an source of knowledge to which you don´t have conscious and intentional access you can begin to train what is, after all, a common human faculty. I think the author should have spent some time and warned people that there are dangers in these practices. They are not accepted at all by most churches. I found this info last night while I was looking for some information about channeling.. I am experiencing exactly what is described in this article and it was one heck of a relief to find someone who has also experienced it, who knows about it...
