Oops! It looks like you accidentally approved a bad edit in while patrolling recent changes just now. That's okay though; you're still learning. I undid a batch of your recent patrols, to play it safe and have those edits reviewed again. I just want to make sure no bad edits were accepted while you're still learning your way around RC patrol.
If you haven't already, read our article on How to Patrol Recent Changes and give it another try! I'm happy to answer any questions you might have about patrolling. And remember, if you're not sure what to do, just press the "skip" button and you'll do fine :)

Thanks for fixing "inch" back to the way it was. I had changed it because I was worrried that some people might confuse "feet" and "inches", but after I thought about it, it only makes sense if it's "inches". I used have trouble remembering which was which and I came up with a way to remember it - "inches" has two syllables, so it gets "two" little marks and "feet" has one syllable, so it gets 'one' little mark.

Hi Joshua,
I do not recall creating any destructive articles, but maybe I am misremembering something. Which one of my articles are you referring to and what is wrong with the page? Please let me know as soon as possible.

Hey Joshua!
I saw your article on How to Remove Gum from a Car Window - looks like you've got a range of helpful methods there, and it's awesome you tackled a requested topic. Have you had to get your hands sticky in that kind of removal before? I don't know if you have kids, but I can imagine that it's something parents might find themselves needing to do quite a lot!
I hope you don't mind - I did a little bit of editing to help it meet the guidelines in our Writer's Guide. Can you take a look here and let me know what you think? I hope you like it, but don't worry if not - no changes on wikiHow are irreversible, and you're welcome to edit on it more, too.
How did you like writing your first article? Thanks for taking the time to share your advice!

Hey Joshua,
Welcome to wikiHow! Congrats on getting a rising star for your very first article here. That's pretty impressive...not many people do that!
I saw your note to Adelaide. Not sure what she did, she's a great contributor around here. Maybe that note was sent to the wrong person? Do you remember what the edit or article was that you had noticed when you wrote that note? Would love to help track down the person who did it so they can get some much-needed feedback.

I have actually heard of the name! Have they maybe gone to the world championships over here in Scotland before? I haven't heard of those people though. Have you possibly heard of my band, Deeside Caledonia? I play in the Grade 4 section; I'm a bit too young (13) to play in the big Grade 2 band! Is your band Grade 1, 2 or 3?

Good question about the nude pastels. Our general policy is to avoid nudity, though some images do seem acceptable as long as they are appropriate for the article. For example, a picture of a nude painting on an article about painting nudes seems acceptable to me. So I guess it's a judgement call, but if you want to play it safe, voting to reject it is probably the way to go.

Just saw your question from a few days ago: "Will that be a replacement for community images where it shows that multiple people verified it?"
It won't replace it, but rather, supplement it...Anyone can upload an image of the finished product, but that doesn't mean it's officially verified. My job is to mediate that process and only verify when I trust that the person who posted the picture actually followed our steps :)

Thanks for your edits on Make a Netflix Heart. Wow, what a weird topic! I see from the site that there's a whole range of different origami projects that folks are using the Netflix sleeves for. How curious! :)
I don't think the wikiHow article itself is really advertising - just an unusual craft. I wonder if it's actually going to become obsolete eventually, with more and more people moving to streaming instead of DVDs. Those Netflix envelopes must be going out of style, hah!

Hey! Just wanted to check in :) Did you get that origami paper you ordered? Eager to see what comes of it!
We're close to having reviewed 100 articles in two weeks. I'm really excited to keep the momentum going because at that rate we could actually verify a lot of craft articles on wikiHow.
Do you like to cook? I opened up some kitchen articles for verifying, too. Take a look: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1kufE87R3-sk5NFFwW6sj6L-svJJMdokTZjhTONozBlo/edit#gid=1993676192

Hey Joshua, quick update! I just did a tally of our origami list and realized we have reviewed almost 80% of them! Just 39 to go, out of 173. I re-ordered the list to put the ones that still need reviewing at the top, so if you have any time to test one or two of those, that would be amazing :)
Also, since you're one of our first quality testers, I wanted to get your opinion about a question I asked in the forums here about minimum monthly requirements. Take a look and please respond there if you get the chance!

Heya Joshua!
I'm not sure if you ever check in on our forums, but in case you haven't seen it -- I was wondering if you might be interested in joining this small project? The idea is to take care of some places around the site where articles call for "calling 911" - and instead making it more universal to people in all countries (not just the US). No worries at all if it isn't up your alley, but I just thought you might be interested. If you are, check out the forum thread! :)
